계정 및 데이터 삭제

‘손글씨 연습’ 계정을 만든 이용자는 언제든지 계정과 관련된 모든 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. (글자·문장 연습만 이용하고 ‘익명 편지’에 로그인한 적이 없다면 서버에 저장된 계정 데이터가 없으며, 기기 내 기록은 앱 삭제 시 함께 지워집니다.)

삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 정보: 이메일, Google/Apple 로그인 연결, 별명(닉네임)
• 내가 보낸 편지 및 받은 편지
• 익명 펜팔 대화와 그 안의 모든 손글씨 메시지
• 로그인 세션

법령에 따른 별도 보관 의무가 없는 한 위 데이터는 지체 없이 영구 삭제되며, 복구되지 않습니다.

삭제 요청 방법

1. 앱에 가입할 때 사용한 이메일(또는 Google/Apple 계정 이메일)로 아래 주소에 메일을 보냅니다.
2. 제목에 “계정 삭제 요청”을 적고, 본문에 앱에서 사용하는 별명(닉네임)을 함께 적어 주세요.
3. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고 처리 결과를 회신합니다.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deleted data includes: your account info (email, Google/Apple sign-in link, nickname), all letters you sent and received, all anonymous pen-pal conversations and their handwritten messages, and your login sessions. This data is permanently deleted (not recoverable) unless retention is legally required. How to request: email doubleflaboratory@gmail.com from the email address you registered with (or your Google/Apple account email), with the subject “Account deletion request” and your in-app nickname in the body. We verify and complete deletion within 7 business days. Practice history and your gallery are stored only on your device and are removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app.
